I's been doing integrals of things today cant remember what they're called but they's dead simple once you get the hang of it
Make x into u and then u into du/dx and du then plug them into the equation and change back to numbers later

tbh, i did know all that stuff once upon a time but have had a serious memory dump on it cos it never gets used any where other than the classroom.
