Sooo after my second drive around day and second breakage (first time twisted the front prop up) this time the rear diff has tried to escape through the axle o_O.

Can some one please help me with what to upgrade. Ive got a second hand axle and diff ordered up but thinking I may as well swap out the rear diff. I don't have time or money to put in air lockers so have been on the Ashcroft website and am thinking about getting one of their LSD, so the question is what one do I want and do I just get it fitted in a pegged diff housing?????

Thanks in advance

I want one too ..... let us know how you get on.
I was thinking of the front axle rather than the back although I don't really know why..Pulling, pushing, does it really matter ?
I have been told to put a rear in. Pushing is better i guess but sure its a matter of opinion

If you are breaking stuff that often, I suggest you look into how you can modify your driving technique to be gentler on the vehicle.

A locking diff or LSD will actually put more load on items like half shafts and propshafts, because it will allow less energy to be dissipated through wheelspin.
