I have come to the difficult decision to sell my unfinnished project.
ive been running wynnie for 7 years and have allways wanted to do a galv chassis swap as over the years shes needed welding to get through the mot.
so after many discussions and head scratching i bit the bullet and ordered a chassis from richards.
A good mate promised to muck in, but unfortunately an accident at work has left him with a plate in his wrist and is unable to assist.
i myself have this year been struck down with illness leaving me unable to crack on.
as it stands, i have a brand new 90 chassis from richards, t-washed and painted.
the whole bodywork was painted in bonatti grey a few years ago, every panel off the landy.
brand new galv frame over ally doors. seats reupholstered, two front.
the rest of the parts are either in , as removed or been de-rusted and painted, many parts hot dip galvanised and painted. front back headlinning recovered dash re-trimmed.
the engine, good 300tdi with brand new cylinder head less than 500 miles, needs rear oil seal but a good sound engine. gearbox r380, no clonks, good, recon front back diffs with new calipers maybee1000k on em.
i have about 90% of the parts to finnish, just needs bolts and bushes that were destroyed during tear down.
any body who is interested in taking her on please message me and i will answer any questions truthfully.
its breaking my heart to have come to this decision,iam based in matlock, i can provide pics, but as she is in bits it will take me a while as some parts are not here.
i would really like to sell as a whole project, so please dont ask if i have this or that for sale, not just yet anyway. i have v5 in my name and it currently has about 5 months mot lol.
