Ok so its cold in my series....this is not news.

I was thinking of putting a heater matrix from a mini (you even been in a mini they are boiling) or one from a triumph, but basically it probably won't make any difference with all that coolant in the landy (might give it a bit more power when it does get warm though and give a bit more demist)

I reckon I can get the mini one to fit in the cab by the passenger and pipe it my way:)

I could try a rad blind or whatever they are called but it seems silly to heat the engine up more.....Does anyone have any bright ideas (ideally using / tapping into the existing system rather than using a standalone) If it is a standalone it doesn't want to run any fuel...fuel is expensive!

the mini matrix + blower works ok - just make sure the additional pipe work is very well insulated and dont expect it to get toasty unless your working the engine hard - also look at replacing any ineffective door seals or other sources of cold air influx into the vehicle

moz. You still got your standard landy heater on the bulk head and a mini heater on the bulk head for the rear pasangers? Did you just T off the pipes or does it flow through one matrix then to the other matrix and then back to the block? Is it any good???? Tell me more

Heyalp! Heyalp!!! (Penelope Pitstop styleee....) Am sooooo cold in my landy - is there sny advice you can give as to what I can fit to make it a bit warmer? Landy virgin remember - I know nothing........

I thinkk the heater matrix itself isn't really the problem.

I got a new blower out of an LDV van and replaced the existing landie fan with that. Now have about twice as much hot air coming out of the vents.

Cheers,

Nigel.
