Heater pipes leaking td5 x plate

I need some help I have got a leak from my heater supply pipes the pipes at the bulkhead which you can see via the hatch under the steering wheel the right hand side one leaks once the car gets up to temperature. I have looked on the web and can get the pipe kit (STC 3917) but how easy is it to change them ? Do I need to replace any other parts ? Like the grommet ? (BTR 4186) as well,Can I do it myself or do I need any special tools ?
Any help or tips would be great .
