Heater matrix/wet floor

I don't know to be honest mate it could be a few things like did you use water or a water antifreeze mix. Or that it did not have as much coolent as is needed. James Martin would probably be the man to ask.

The engine should warm up quicker due to the coolent not being under pressure, try timing it when you replace the caps.
