Series 3 Heater - lack of - Parts numbers

My ex Zürich Airport fire service series III has NEVER had the heater connected, it had a cabin heater (Webasto) which was removed so there's a switch and wiring ( to be removed) the cylinder head adapter is blanked off with a bolt and the heater tap closed off.
It does however have a heater matrix and the blower unit.

What i cant find on the net are the part numbers for the hoses and the metal pipes that would run along the rocker cover.

Can anyone help me out?
Or has anyone an alternative like an electric cabin heater?

Bear in mind i live in the Alps so it needs to work.

could always add a smiths flattie in the tub to support, or one of those arctic kits if you can find one.

chap I used to know did outdoor pa in Yorkshire and had an ex-ffr 110 with domestic radiators just tall enough and long enough to go down the uprights off the rear tub floor, assume they were just connected into the cooling system.
 
X1 on crap standard heater. Some of the standard parts such as the cowling- snail are difficult to source. I've refurbished to the original spec but it's pathetic heat output. Suggest you look non. Standard alternative.
 
there are other things you can do, t7 design have a range of electric or water heaters, and engine heaters so you can start out with a warm engine.

another trick I have seen done is to join two series 3 heater boxes and matrices together to give double the heat. I am sure I have seen a vid of it being done on the web somewhere too

the standard heater is fine for me - once I cleaned out the valve and pipes - cab is as warm as toast, but it doesn't get as cold down here as parts of Scotland or switzerland

Ive been looking at mine today, reconnected the hose behind the instruments now have warmish air to demist and enough coming out
checking the hoses with temp dial in middle
rad top hose hot , rad bottom hose warm, hose from end of head to matrix hot the one coming out going into metal pipe and back to heater control valve just warm
So which pipes did you clean out and did you find a lot of crud in the control valve
would it make a difference to reverse the flow by swapping the heater pipes at Matrix? was thinking it might help remove any blockages

just gave the pipes to the heater and matrix a flush, can't remember if it was a reverse flush or not and yes there was tons of crud in my control valve, iirc I had to use a straightened out metal coat hanger to get most of it out. I set the valve to fully open all the time too as you only get heat when the blower is on. Surprisingly the rest of the cooling system and seemed pretty clean.

have tried reversing the matrix flow in another car and it worked a treat. heater went cold last winter and I couldn't get it to go warm by flushing. swapped the pipes and the heat was back on. more of a pain to do than a series would be because the in and out pipes were different sizes.
 
I flushed out the heater matrix in my old 90 once by just jabbing a hosepipe into one of the pipes over the top of the engone and letting the other end drain. Was quite surprised by the colour of what came out! Heater performance was quite improved afterwards :)
Also worth checking that water is actually flowing- loosen one of the pipe clips while the engine is running to let any air out.
