Hi thanks for replying, it's just blowing cold air, it was a bit intermittent at first (hot then cold) but now just cold air blowing. When you say heater is not working.
Electrically ? Heat wise? Fan wise?
Cheers
Thank you.OK,
Best thing to do, is check your heater pipes going into the bulkhead above the engine in the engine bay to see if the are hot.If they are then chances are you have something wrong with the heater controls.
Download the Rave workshop manual here http://www.green-oval.com/data/lr/ you need to download rave01 this contains all the info to show how it should work.
Oh, and make sure you have the EKA code. read this https://www.landyzone.co.uk/land-rover/hellooo.310630/#post-3912846

Thanks I'll have a look.Work backwards. As said check the pipes to the heater box to see if hot. If they are then the water pump is working. If its blowing air then the motors working. You can check the electrical feed by putting a multimeter across the input (purple is live and each green is an earth depending on the position of the switch. Manually move the cable arm on the box that controls hot and cold and see if that makes a difference (theres only two, if its the same as mine its the top one) . Sounds like the hot/cold heater control is stuck/broken. Unlikely to be the arm on the box more likely the cable either at the adjuster at the switch or at the arm on the box.
