Tested the stat definitly open at around 88 degrees. Flushed out the return from the heater matrix.to thermostat housing and didn't see any crap come out then refilled and re bled the system. now my heater seems to be working much better seem to be getting nice everwarm airywhere. Thanks everyone for all the help
