Hiya guys,

I need help. (Well, I must do owning a defender 110 but even more so now)

My headlining is/ was disgusting. However, after peeling it off, it’s really rough. I was going to fibreglass Matt it, but I don’t want it going to rigid and cracking when putting back in- they’re really flexible.

Anyone else’s the same? My New headlining material is foam-backed but I think this is too rough to apply it, and it’ll just mimick the rough texture underneath.

Any ideas?! 💡

Make sure it is fully dry, they seem worse than they actually are if they are damp. They are also not as rough as they feel, if you have foam backed fabric you should be fine. Just make sure you have a good quality adhesive.
