I think you took umbrage a bit too soon. I think everyone was interested in the idea and only discussed the alternative schemes and the safeguards the manufacturers put in.
Not one person said "Hey PopRivet that's crap". AFAIK.
You provoke discussion with your ideas and seem to get upset when the discussion occurs. Peace mate, I think its healthy to both have inventive people on the forum, AND the discussion.
