Hi there,
My 110's headlamps have stopped working. Side lights are fine, but dipped and main beams have packed up. Tail lights are working normally.
I was driving home through heavy rain the other night and they were working when I set out. After a brief stop-off, I continued my journey but the headlamps had stopped working.
The headlight flashers are still working so I don't think it's the bulbs. Fuses are intact and there's still a click from the relay behind the instrument panel when I flick the switch.

Any suggestions?

I'd check the switch first by shorting it (attach a wire between the terminals, if the lights work, get a new switch). I'm thinking if the lights flash the main beam's earths & fuses must be OK?

Wattfield, Ratty, many thanks for your suggestion. Do the switches burn out easily?
Not very clued up on electrics...

When it rains my drivers side footwell usually has a small puddle in it. I'm thinking water's coming in through a perished windscreen seal and possibly passing though the back of the instrument panel. Is it possible the switch connections have got wet and shorted out?

on mine it comes through the roof seal above the window, always fun after it's bee sitting still in the rain for a while and you it in reverse, like a waterfall down the leg
