when thread length <97mm, measured when the bolt is dropped into the rail and free standing,

lovely i will be giving it a go at the weekend i noticed on one of your other threads that you have pictures of a homemade locking tool for the flywheel would you happen to have any dimensions for that ?:)

I have made more tools since, useful for the k-series, must get round to uploading pics into that thread above, latest being a valve spring compression tool (essentially a giant G-clamp) made entirely from scrap, well a cycle roller for indoor cycle training and the telescopic poles from a garden swingball

Head bolt, note " mark, which is used for torque (when the bolt is free standing in the hole,97mm is measured from bolt flange to the alum face on the head)

Cylinders full of coolant, note MLS gasket

Cylinders drained but not decoked, liner tops should stand proud of block face by 0.075mm, or if slightly less, they should all be level
