@RandyW: if the car is worth keeping on the road then I'm almost tempted to do it. But (and best will in the world here) getting down there, towing it back, fixing it up and then selling it again (I've nowhere to put it) means I'd not be able to offer very little. Last one we did we barely made the cost of the parts we spent on it getting it back on the road. Although it was quite fun (on the whole) fixing it up.
Much better if a member here can help you fix it and then sell it yourself. Unless you really like Wine Gums ... or possibly Midget Gems.

True but Wine gums or Midget gems are included in the bartering patent. As are part eaten Mars bars and Kit Kats in order to enhance the value of the transaction. Alan has been known to offer used but washed and re rolled condoms as an extra incentive. Although they are not much use unless you are a donkey.

I heard his condoms tend to split where he used a razor blade to thin the material down to get a better crease when ironing.
