Having some eletrical issues with my td5

I went through some water last week and it cut out in the middle, came up to the bottom of the engine bay.
Have replaced ECU, BCU, Autobox ECU and both fuse boxes and still won’t start. Plugged it in and the immobiliser isn’t kicking in so not that, I have the key fob from the vehicle I got the parts from. It makes a buzzing sound from behind the dashboard and will turn over but not run. Can’t hear the fuel pump either.
The engine management and glow plug light do not come on when you first press ignition either. All the rest do and they stay on.
Does anyone have any idea what it could be?

Does it crank. Just thinking about the crank position sensor.

Yes turns over wont fire though I am buying a new engine wiring loom as mine caught fire think it must’ve been shorting out hopefully that’ll sort it.
