Sorry that it iasn't better news!
We use a lot of welding cable on our big railway chargers, and occasionally we get them in for replacement cables, which means that sometimes we get lengths that are usable that we can make up into jumper leads.
An output lead set for 100A and 200A output is about £1k with connectors, 50mm and 35mm welding cable, 5m or 10m long.
