Hi people, just joined the forum although it has been a great help over the past few Months.
I have been a Mercedes man through and through, proud owner of a prototype S class till recently.
We decided to replace her for various reasons and as I have always loved Land Rovers (Truth is I loved the Austin Champ) decided to persuade the other half to look at them. Found a Discovery in good nick and were going to buy it until we found a 2000 Freelander, Sold, we bought it.
So far with the help of this forum we have managed to find the missing parts, the Sun Roof bag and mounting screws, the soft top for the back and in the correct colour (Blue), workshop manual which allowed me to replace the Diff mountings, and best was how to revive the plastic bumpers.
