Well I managed a quite uneventful day unlike the freshlinc driver I saw first thing this morning who'd managed to leave the A14 go through the layby and mayhoosive hedge then finally come to a stop a good 100 metres into a muddy field. I'm sure he had an interesting chat with his boss about half five this morning

I see Freshlinc on the roads a lot. Poor bugger was probably trying to get all the way to Cornwall before his tacho time ran out.

Yes. I once recovered an artic that was stuck in a field. It had been delivering to us, and put a wheel into a backfilled ditch while it was leaving.
We used two tractors, chained together fore and aft, and another chain onto the towpoint on the front of the artic.
Nice slow pull, once the wheel was out of the ditch it got going again under it's own steam.

Given it's recent shenanigans some members would want a full health and safety assessment and aerial photos before attending. Also there's no winch fitted to the front of a tratter that'd pull that out of a muddy field
