Happy Christmas to all the chaps who have helped me with my Rangie this year. This year I did the following,
Radiator replacement
Condenser replacement
New diesel tank
Reverse engineered AC system from older P38
Regas Air Con
Blend Motors
Replaced Hevec
Fitted 18 inch rims
Replaced all the switch bulbs and fitted extra switches
Replaced ignition switch bulb
Had tailgate resprayed and I refitted all the decals
Sorted Sat Nav system and upgraded map disk
Sorted Alpine system, one speaker had packed up
New window mechanism
Replaced white plug in footwell
Full oil service
New Turbo pipes
New battery
New antifreeze
New MAF
New Map pipe
New EGR solenoid
Later I added a EGR bypass
New mirror glasses (for heaters)
Diagnosis of windscreen heater, element gone.
Heated seats
Head light bulbs
Wipers back and front including headlamps
Cleaned all the leather and headlining
Added blue tooth
Fitted a **** load off wood, as plastic was so scratched.
New Valve Block in EAS
New Compressor
Hawkeye purchase (mistake)
EAS Hawkeye cable
RSW software cable
Universal Joint
Battery cover clips
Door card clips
Wheel arch clips
Relays.
This list continues, thank god for eBay.
At the end of 2013, she is a fully functional car that I love. The EAS is still not sorted, so I still can't drive her. But I am sure this will be sorted in the new year.
Thank you for all your help, wouldn't have got this far with out you all.
