Looks like a good package. Springer aerials are pretty tolerant of laning so either mounting point would probably do.lol ok i will look into it, cheers guys and gals
EDIT: what about this package?

As its an ex-mil vehicle i could mount an aerial on one of the wing mounts, or one the pole thing on the side of the tub.
My magmount still got ripped off when the ariel got caught on a thick branch and because the cable ran through the door to the cb it was quickly seperated from its base, luckily the cable wasnt ripped out so i made a mounting on the winch bumper which seems to work very well.Looks like a good package. I use a magmount for mine (Disco) so it tends to drop off before damaging anything when its struck by low branches. I've seen gutter mounts get ripped off by branches - same with gutter mounts. You might need to bodge up the aerial connectors to use the mounting points on your motor, not sure what is already there. CB aerials have a 3/8in male screw fit.

Oh and now back from the emarald isle, we did about 700 miles all in, and the disco didnt miss a beat, unbelievable seeing as shes done 201.000 now, i did have all the oils done a few moths ago which probably helped but still im very proud of her, wales is a stunning country i must go do some laning up there this year, specially strata florida so if any of you guys fancy it we should organise it , anyone up for it ?
