Yeah I want to try that type of shot again, but over a really twisty bit. Did get to see a bit of spring dislocation in that vid though.

I know you've only just been out, but when is the next one ?

I've not seen any action for a couple of months now and need a fix.

Next time do that shot but at the top section and do it facing downhill???

What the chance of a Christmas outing.

Is a bit busy for me 26th am with the houndssss for Boxing Day meet, 27th got a pheasant shoot on, 28th Pay & play day at Bordon- broxhead common, 29th pheasant shoot so I'm out of it am affraid.

Went out today did a few lanes with a few mates did some rather challenging lanes I've not done in a year or so. One lane defeated us wich is pictured below, the red 90 is running 37"s and front& back air lockers, it was just a bog had to winch through it as truck was just floating on top of the water. Other 3 of us turned round wich took some time as its banks either side, it Had been re surfaced but they didn't mend any of the water or drainage so it's still the same.





After this lane outside alton (it wasn't water lane) headed to petersfield/buriton and lane there was just as bad. Red truck thats on 37"s got up it, to where he met a tree down and had to reverse all back down it. I got half up the lane but got beached even on the 285"s, other two got up to where I was but both needed rear air lockers in as only on 265"s. No pics of that sadly,

Then a few more "normal" lanes was nice then headed to greatham lane-- this one-- video from when we went out last November!

wich is bad now, the holes are now about 5ft deep level with water and the climbs out the holes are near vertical odd and very boggy clay. we all got through but the two trucks on 265s had to put air lockers in and one had to winch as just no ground clearance.

We won't touch these lanes now till spring don't think not till they've dryed out and had a chance to recover abit, hopefully some of the big clubs that go out will leave them alone aswell but can't tell what the lanes are like till you go down them.

That one does need to be shut am affraid, even though it's not used that often because of that water it's just always been a drain point where all the fields run off to it i think. It's been like that all the years I've known. Its in the middle of nowhere and they only re surfaced 6 months back but left that bit out, and the council was happy to open it again like that. It can't get better if the council are happy to have the lane in that state. They re surfaced half of it that wasn't to bad and ignored the water like I say and said yep it's open to public now?
With trees down and the lanes becoming tighter and tighter as they're not maintaining them it seems like they don't care..

I'm going to try and get to the P&P on the 28th, but would like to get some laning in before then.

I think I know this lane, it was flooded last time I looked at it too. I ended up turning round as there was only two of us out and it looked deep. Like you say they resurfaced and left out the bit that actually needed filling.

I'm hoping/planing to get the the P&P on the 28th, so I may see you there Max.

Would be good to get some lanes done before then though.

Ashcroft air locker arriving tomorrow
With high output Arb compressor so can pump tyres etc.

I'm getting some 2" lift blocks delivered soon, be able to fit my 235/85 BFG's once I do the camel cut, but that sounds a bit dull now.

I am just looking forward to getting new standard shocks after xmas lol

I am in Hersham and just got myself a nice new disco I have a bit of maintenance I want to get sorted first but if anybody fancies a meet up for some greenlaning it would be great to tag along!

I haven't tried any lanes around surrey yet as I have not long lived here

We could meet up and travel down together when laning.

What work needs doing as I may be able to help (time permitting).
