Where are you based, what sort of lanes do you want to do and do you have any time restrictions? I know a good amount of lanes in various areas except for where BGB is taking the trip at the end of the month. I can put together a meeting place and run out with this information.
yes, yes it is.
Not at all, welcome on board.
I would have said about 50 miles tops-ish, maybe. Ill have to check on closures etc, but if there is a few closures then i will move the start point to a different set of lanes. I wouldnt worry about too much juice, im not a speed freak and your not going to need anything other than a tickle to get round the lanes i have in mind.
i live in birmingham i want some decent lanes n some nice views i wanna be able
to test my disco out abit if possiblei dnt have a time limit either
Have a decent run starting near Telford that should both give you the views and vehicle test you want. Does your car have any mods and what experience do you have? Not being a nosey #### but this info would also help in route plan, as lanes can vary from "lames" (excuse the pun) to axle busters. Also are you worried about minor car paintwork "damage"
ive got no mods pretty standard disco i dnt mind a scratch or 2 ive got afew on it already
well im not really experienced at driving off road but ive been off roading with oth people driving
so what time are you thinking of meeting up and where abouts?
Will meet about 9am and decide where to meet a bit later on in case anyone else wants to come along. You will be fine for first half a dozen lanes at least and see how it goes after.
Have you got room for a freelander or are you all booked out now.
I'm from Halesowen.
Dine a lot if lanes in Welshpool and long mynd and Knighton.
What date are you going.
Kelvin
Took some lads off this site out down these lanes a few weeks ago who all seemed to enjoy themselves. It may be an advantage to bring along a pal to be gate monkey if possible.
so what time are you thinking of meeting up and where abouts?
Slight change of plan Peter. Have been advised to stay away from roads originally planned for route due to festival traffic so have made a new route (you will be on lanes within 20mins from meet point). Also it looks like there may only be 2 vehicles as my mates are all having car problems. Meet at 9am on The Pie Factory pub car park in Hurst Lane, Tipton. DY49AB. Have up to 20 lanes planned. We'll see how many you want to do. Please let me know if you have any problems or issues. If you pm me I will get it straight away on my phone.
