Hi - don't want to reinvent the wheel (excuse the pun!!:)) or trawl through the OS Maps of the area when I can rely on some sensible (hopefully) answers from someone on here... Looking for open green lanes in Kent or the South East area where I can take a Disco... Any idea welcome!

Yep join a local club and once people know you and trust you not to rip the lanes to pieces. Then they will show you where the lanes are. Failing that get a fooking map and find em ya self

My "local" club happens to be nearly 30 miles away! I'll take a look on their forum and see if there is anything closer.

Are you for fookin real?
If you can't be arsed to look for yourself what on earth makes you think others will share their time/knoweledge with you????
As Pikey said most people won't be willing to help you without knowing you're not a knob who'll rip up the lanes and ruin it for everyone and seeing as you're not even interested at looking at a map it doesn't look good.

Dont know any in kent but over the river are some. http://www.landyzone.co.uk/lz/f13/essex-lanes-70807.html

theres a few in kent.. more than a few, but a lot are "closed" and you need to contact local council to get permission to use the lanes and they give you a pass card thing and the combination for the locks!

but as all on here said, find em on a map!!!

Guys: Thanks for these pointers... This gives me a few ideas of where to go and who to check with first.
