I'm grateful to still have a job and not yet be one of the 2.1 million, although I'm not sure how long things will last........:eek:

Just making my thoughts/position quite clear and it will stay as my signature as a reminder for as long as is necessary.
I have let quite a few people walk all over me this last year and it is now going to stop, end of.
Subject is now closed.
Moving on, got more pressing things to sort :)

Never heard of that cure ratty.
I got a length of pipe to do the job, just as well change it...;)
Besides, the PAS is not leaking - its the pipe between the reservior and the pump.

If you have the pipe then ya might aswell fit it.:)

I've only ever done it as a short term fix (couple of weeks). I have heard of people that have done it and left it as a permanent fix and it's lasted for the time that they've had the vehicle. I spose it's all down to how bad the seals are.
