Is there anywhere the good people of LandyZone recommend around here to take a look at a few issues I have?
Ehhm, no lights on hear or dash lcds. Srs fault just came back up after being fine for 2 months. Intermittent burbling/crackling water.noise behind dash. Clunk in the left front when going over bumps, guess this is the cv joint. Just had the prop shaft uj replaced, two of the ends were completely flattened!Whats wrong with it
Is the shock still attached at both ends?!Ehhm, no lights on hear or dash lcds. Srs fault just came back up after being fine for 2 months. Intermittent burbling/crackling water.noise behind dash. Could you pm me the one in Kilmarnock please? Think I've found a gud'n in Glasgow, will check both.I know of one Indie near Kilmarnock and one in Glasgow.
Haven't used either so can't comment on their work.
I have used one in the Central belt numerous times but he is always booked solid for at least a week in advance, if not two weeks
What shocks? Is the shock still attached at both ends?!

Glasgow Road, my trailer electrics went out on the way up too! Can't see any obvious problems other than the ridiculous bodge job to connect them to the car.I haven't used them myself, but Gibson's in Cumnock are local. I use Reid's in Paisley, one of their mechanics moved there from a Land Rover place that closed down. They're nice to me at MOT time!
WHereabouts are you staying? I'm near Kilmarnock.

Think they're fine. I'll have a check but pretty sure they're good. The damper, although reading your later posts it is probably OK. I had an odd knock and the bottom bolt had snapped off and the damper was hanging free.
Know what it's called perchance? Can't get hold of him..Send a pm to "Jimsnapon"....He has my old P38 full diagnostics kit, including the BECM SM035 module and knows his way round P38's.
He has a small workshop in Kilmarnock as far as I know- haven't heard from him in a while.
Worth a shot anyway.
Yes, but it's full of bikes, tools, parts & crap, I can't even work on my own Landy in there! I have a driveway, Ill be on it fixing my brakes this weekend.Do you have a garage?
