I have been known to get the wrong hole, atleast that's wot she sed
Haven't found any pictures of this, so to clarify for anybody pondering this in future, my intention is to make a 2mm hole in thermostat roughly where iv put the X on pic. This will be at the top when fitted to prevent any air getting trapped

You are probably missing reading the stat set up instructions or it's wired wrong. I have Emailed you.
