Hello all, cant find anything on here but apologize if its a re-occurring topic.
My Freelander td4 (2001) has developed an awful rattle and i have narrowed it down to where the gear linkage joins the gear box. I have followed the 2 gear linkages from the gear stick and one is nice and tight and the other you can give it a wobble and rattles like mad. As this is just an accident waiting to happen i was wondering if anyone has found the part required. i cant seem to find anything online just keep getting the gear stick end of the linkage.i almost her rattle free have changed suspension arms anti-roll linkages and all the bushes on the front so a lot better than when i started but this gear linkage is really annoying me now.
