Did you manage to look at the front of the fan to actually see if you have wires coming out of it?

I am actually puzzled by my car now, it is seems a bit of an odd one - cannot find relatable fuse schematics

I did have a look and it seems to have the wiring. As well, I noticed some crack in the fan basin that I did not notice before. Since it will go off next week, will find out more.

RAVE All Models version has all the fuse & wiring details for 2002/03 onwards. Should be similar for yours.

Finally had some time today with a mechanic who had a diagnostic tool and access to some official fuse schematics from JLR.

At the end it was the alternator fuse.

The fun was that we worked from 3 different fuse schematics and in some cases they matched, in some 2 vs 1 and in some all had different opinion... HOW HARD IS IT!? It was a bit of unplugging, checking what went off and clearing codes. So I will be making my own custom schematics when I have time and patience to...

On a positive note, now I can hear the purr of the V8 and no error codes (apart from the parking).

As well, looking into getting a diagnostic tool, so far between iCarSoft, Faultmate, Foxwell and IIDTool...
