You were correct. The rear UJ on the prop shaft was buggered - they fitted a new one in an hour and I was back on the road
£6.50 for Hardys, that's a product markup of 800%! Coulda got a whole new propshaft and fitted it, with the labour it would have been much cheaper and better!£38 for a part that normally costs a tenner isnt bad i suppose

you might be better off downloading the relivent manuals from one of those third world download sites
