Its all screwed up at the moment as far as diesel prices are concerned. . its currently £1.30 at a garage by Heathrow but 1.33 by Watford. Cannot remember when it was like this before as Heathrow always carried a premium and I was always loather to pay for diesel around the area.

It goes up and down like a prostitute's knickers. F*ck all to do with the real world. All down to what the market will bear and people speculating in the middle. Longer term trends seem to suffer from the exchange rate (although price goes up quick and comes down slow).
Pound is seriously ****e at the moment. Pretty much a pound a Euro from cash machines in Spain. When I got married it was close to 1.5 Euros to the pound.
£/€ fluctuations are speculation about Brexit. The exchange rate is a darn site better at the moment then it has been, I'm getting €1.15725 to £1 on my pension, it was down to €1.06 a short while ago. Drawing cash with a card overseas is a mugs game.It goes up and down like a prostitute's knickers. F*ck all to do with the real world.
