Not even. Designed to teach the dog not to pull when in leash. Mine is especially fussy about very small dogs and small kids that move around fast, so I play it safe when in public. Besides, doggo argentinos are not known for their sensible necks.
Since we're talking bout dogs, his name is Ammon, he's 1.4yo and 60kg.
