I have a Discovery ES '02 plate with a blocked nearside drain to the front sunroof. The workshop manual shows a sort of water collection sump at each side with a drain off tube going somewhere. Can anybody help by advising me from which end of the drain offs is it easiest o
(or even possible) to remove the blockage.
In return a small bit of experience to pass on: if you think that your sun roof motors are dead, it is worth stripping them down and cleaning them before you buy new. My front motor had corroded the armature to the field magnets and would not rotate at all, but a quote to renew it in excess of £200.00, soon encouraged further investigation.
