Frontera Problem

Good Morning all

I have recently had an oil leak checked out on my Frontera DTi 2.2. Which
turned out to be coming from the "Intercooler Hose for the turbo" (forgive
my lack of tech knowledge), the garage cleaned it all out and said it
shouldn't be a problem as they have seen it plenty of times before.

However more recently (past two weeks) whenever I accelerate over 2500 rpm
the engine management light comes on and I sometimes lose a little power.

The vehicle is going into Vauxhall Tuesday, am I to expect a huge bill for a
new turbo or can any one else shed any light.....
