Checked the solenoid trigger wire connection? the lucas spades are pretty poor when slightly dirty.

Earth straps are super critical, my 200s have one from battery neg to starter mounting bolt and another from batt pos to the chassis itself.
The 200 90 was a crap starter until new earth leads fitted, previous owner must have had issues as well as there was an extra earth lead from timing chest to the chassis.
