Hi, help needed.
I have a feelander TD4 which has developed a fault with the windscreen wipers, switching them to on or on to intermittent they do not work but washing the screen or using the wipe once facility they work OK, when they are on intermittent I can hear a relay clicking not chattering but just clicking as if its working OK but they are not. If I leave them on for a while they will start up and will work OK. Also when they are not working properly they will not return to the park position when I switch them off. Any ideas?

Well my best bet would be relay R134 which is pat of the CCU (central control unit). Mine is doing the same but I am still fixing important bits first (headlamp and VCU) will get to it eventualy.

Hold that thought, before you go to the local Land Rover dealer and buy a new CCU it could also be the wiper switch! Are you any good with a multi-meter?

I think it's the switch anorl.
With the ignition oft turn the wiper switch in/out of every position that normally fails, many times. Then put ignition on and test wipers. They will probably work ok for a while in the positions they normally fail.

Could it not be a fault in the motor! I think it's a broken wire in the motor! Did somebody have a headlight problem! I have a spare if that's of use to you?

Thanks for your responses.
It was the wiper stalk switch, I replaced it in 10 mins and all is now working ok.
