This is just for curiosity unless I need to do more work when I fit new discs and pads but my suspension does seem rather bouncy, is it normal because of being a capable off roader or is it because they could be kaput. I don’t think it’s excessive bounce but a quick dab of foot brake at slow speed, 5mph can make it like zebadee?

I had that a couple of years ago so I got a set of front and rear socks, springs and bearings. I got a Hydrolic spring compress as the manual screw ones just could not compress the spring enough. It made a big difference on the road but still too soft for anything other than green lanes. I still need to fit the rears.

It depends on the year, as there were s few different shock specs. However in my experience, the factory Delphi shocks are past there best after 60K miles.

The shocks are worn.
