Front screens that can open ?for 110 ?

That is a Series screen that has been modified to allow the upwards hinge (don't recall ever seeing it as an option in the old books). Opening screens were popular like that before & after the war but went out of favour later on.
Anything is possible but you would have to use a Series roof as the top of the windscreen is lower and a different shape to a 90/110 screen.
The obvious answer is to go with the normal forwards tilting screen although not really an option if you have a hardtop fitted which is why that modification may have appealed and why I assume you are considering it?

The windscreen is not modified. It's an original Safari Windscreen that came as option with some Safari and RoW models. I have no idea as to whether they'll fit a OneTen/Defender 110, but I'm sure someone must have tried this in the past. After all, they are very cool 
Maybe you could measure off a 110 screen to a Series screen and then a Safari Series screen? Compare overall size and fitting points, paying special attention to the roof join line and profile. See here for pics...

Years ago I asked a company who made those opening windscreens for VW vans if they could do something similar for the rear windscreen of an Austin Mini Pickup. They didn't seem to envisage any problems.
The one thing the VW Van windscreen, Mini Pickup rear screen and the defender windscreen all have in common, is that they are flat, so why couldn't they apply the same process to what you want to do
