front headlinning

The normal solution (I used to fit radios etc for a living) would have been to do it throught the courtesy light fitting. There is normally enough give on the front edge of the head lining to tuck the cable just inside there until you get to the A-pillar trim. Unfortunately the Rave disk I have makes no mention of the commercial trim so I don't know if thats an option in your case.
One solution I saw on a van was they had used a hole cutter in the hard plastic headlining to get in then fitted a desk cable gromet to fill the hole, odd but it worked!

oops, radio aerial is behind sunroofs not in front. still pull off rubber sunroof trim and slip your arm in between roof and headlining, down side of sunroofs and into door pillar as before.
