Front end Noise?????

Once again i am back requiring HELP??

I have a P38 2.5 Auto 1998,

Last week the wife heard a squeeking noise and stopped the car as she was aware it's my pride and joy!

The squeek has no gone but as and when you can hear what sounds like a scraping/Rumble noise from the front end when the car is moving so i think it has somthing to do with wheels or drive train??
As the car can drive great then suddenly you can hear the noise and feel a vibration through the car??

If sombody can help i will be very greatfull.

Check the propshaft ujs

If I remember correctly, the crankshaft pulley has a rubber insert to take up some shock loading and to make for quieter running.
I've had one of these where the rubber had gone weak and the pulley was a bit loose on the shaft as a result.
The symptoms were very similar to your description. It couldn't be detected by simply trying to rock the pulley with the drive belts on at normal tension, but a new pulley did the trick for me.
