another question, lol right then my front diff on my p38 4ltr v8 2001 plate is shot, are they a 2 pin also will a 1999 p38 v8 diff fit, or can i put a rear 4pin on the front??? help

i think it dus have tc at the front, but front diffs r know for going on p38s, i was told. and were is the VCU is it in the transfer box?
VCU is on the front of the transfer box, do a search, lots of info on testing it.
ya just found one on utube mate, they say it can naff the rear diff more, but i hav known people changing front diffs on p38, common problem i think

ya no prob mate, will sort some thing out when i get a find another one. i am still not sure about this 2 pin 4 pin as i have just phoned highranger near derby and they said they r all 2 pin at the front 4 in the back, he said they dont do them in the front? i get different stories of different people. lolYou can fit either but the 4 pin is a stronger unit if you ever intend on spinning your wheels up or lifting wheels under power go for the 4 pin.
If you have a 4 pin I'd be very interested in giving you some beer tokens for you naffed diff as I may have a use for it dependingw on how nagged it is. Failing tha if it's a 2 pin I may also had a use for the gears possibly depending on how much you want for it.
