Freelanders - Outcast?

I have just purchased my first Freelander, so I am new to the LR community. After posting a thread about obtaining accessories for the vehicle one of the senior members had a bit of a taunt about Freelanders.
Is it a general view of other LR model owners that Freelanders are the "soft relations/puffy" of the LR family. Or is this just a childish opinion of a few????

Regards.

Take it on the chin and smile mate :)

Hello Lev,

Arrr No
They only ever made 4 real Landys (1,2,3 and Defender)
Gaylanders are only so much spare parts on the move (Good source of engins.):D
if er tratter boy wint un got a gaylander [this is jist hyperthetical] then e could always let is pigs drink from the cubby hole. . . .thet would be quite er handy fing on way ta market. . . .:D :p
