Ok listen up Freelanderers!

Although I'm both a noob and a Freelander driver I have been given temporary 'Elite' forum status and orders from SUEW to rally support from the Freelander section for the LZ 10th Anniversary celebrations on 9/10/11th May 2014

We have scores to settle! Our doors don't fall off (except markbarnes' door did obviously) and we ain't gay (mostly) - we put up with the tratter drivers putting us down for not driving biscuit tins, the abuse we suffer for owning one of these great vehicles has got way out of hand - let's go mob-handed and kick some Defender ass!

Seriously though, this is about the busiest section of LZ and it would be great to see more Freelanders there. It's looking like this will be the event of 2014 so go check out the official thread and sign up - it's a fun weekend for pennies! See you there!!

Too right - take the wellies off, buy yourself a bar of soap and don't scratch your names in the seats with your utility knives!!

But are you going to make the pigs welcome. Hippo usually makes them cake and buys them art materials :p:p:p:p:p

I'm looking forward to seeing some modified freelanders doing some suitable green lanes - I want to see muddy freelanders

But can you give them a route which wont do damage. On my trip a few people were worried about wrecking their daily drive

I can tell you that lanes are being looked at and will be driven prior to event, the aim is to have a enjoyable time and this has been mentioned.

Ginge is looking at lanes and bump- so they are people who will best know what lanes are like and suitability.
