Hi all, just got my third Freelander and figured i knew a little bit by now.
2006 td4 sport, got it reasonable knowing it had a few minor problems, in my mind the vibration was prop centre bearings, at 100000 i figured do the vcu while i have the prop off. done several before so not a problem.
This made it ten times worse, so off the prop come again, all lined up right as the book says, back on and still the same.
Off it come yet again and now running with it off, guess what, still got the same vibration albeit nowhere near as bad.
The problem happens when under load or accelerating, fine on the over run, im stumped now so any sugestions would be great.
