Fixing a D3/4?

Thanks gstuart. All the words of wisdom do help and as a consequence I have decided Not to buy the D3 and instead I"ve bought a 2005 Freelander 3 Door Sport Auto. There was no way I going on for 83 years of age could do anything except watch someone else do all the hard work. If u intend to do the work yourself as mentioned with regards to ramps, plus a decent scanner , multimeter , good range of tools , they are indeed very nice to drive but do need alot more maintenance than a FL1 , have to count for the insurance , tax , D3 will also wear out the brakes and suspension a lot quicker than a FL1 due to there weight

They didn't make an F2 in 2005 either.
