freelander td4

hi all im nigel living in bulgaria. i have a freelander td4 2004 hse
i have a problem i noticed yesterday my clutch pedal travels down 1/2 way without resistance, im assuming this is related to slave or master cylinder. but i notice this is a one sealed unit,does it repair or should all be replaced ??
ebay have these kits i see.

hi im experiancing very difficult gear changing selection, ive asked garage if oil they say no, but when she warmed up seems a lot better,!!!
any ides or experiances td4 freelander
