Freelander 1 Freelander td4 misfire and Low performance

Hi all respected members of Landyzone. I have freelander 1 td4 2006. Suddenly my car starts misfire at 2500 rpm and i take it to mechanic.

Code found is 'Fuel Rail Pressure Plausibilty (0×1190)

Also taken live streaming and found the High Pressure rail is 4155 psi

I am not sure if i have to just change fuel pressure sensor or i have to change High Pressure pump.

Please guide my car is not running fine and stops anywhere on road.

The cylinders data is also taken from the live data at idle like 770 rpm. I have read that the High pressure rail have to be 28000+ psi at idle and on rpm increase it will increase to 125000 psi.

These all things started 2 months ago, before that every thing was running fine, no issue.

Following symptoms i face while driving:
i) While accelerating sometimes i have to press pedal hard to move it, I feel engine is not responding properly and my car gonna stop soon. but after that, speed slowly increases and car moves on

ii) Sometime at speed of 1500rpm - 2500rpm my car start jerking badly and pressing on hard pedal at that time, a blue smoke from exhaust come. This happened 2 times only as i know now that if car don't move properly i don't have to press pedal hard that time.

iii) Only one time, The engine was start and I press gas pedal to move, but nothing happened, engine does not respond like I have not pressed the pedal. No rpm move anything. I have to park the car there for hours until i get someone to take the car from there. After that the car was taken to mechanic and there it does the same. As he turn off the engine and started again after some time. Pedal start working properly. Strange. But it never happens again.

Now i am out of confidence as when ever i take my car out, i don't know what time it starting behaving like this and i have to stops. Also there are no error codes found ever, only the error code one time found was 'fuel rail pressure plausibility'
 
Could be pressure sensor harness, the connectors corrode giving false readings at the ecu. Not always visible when removed, could try some switch cleaner on the connectors to the pressure sensor first.
 
The injector balance is way off, so that's pointing towards failing injectors.
The rail pressure is too low, so check for corrosion and damage the harness.

Does the rail sensor have a green or black plug?

The coolant temperature value isn't correct, so something isn't right there, but odd readings like that are often down to the diagnostic equipment misinterpreting the live value.

@JD can you please guide me the location of that. I have taken some pictures if you find in them.
