Ooo a ZS 180. I loved all of mine, especially the first one I bought new in 2002!!
Yep, only 48k on the clock and full history. Just hadn't been kept clean. And needs a day up on a ramp to clean up and paint the underside......had a mk1 180 a few year ago, and regretted selling it. So got another one.
My first ZS180 which I bought new was a bit of a lemon. It actually went wrong for the first time, the same day I picked it up. It had all of 72 miles on the clock, when the PS pipe failed. I believe this was due to a poor PDI by the dealer. The high pressure PS fluid pipe somehow made contact with one of the pulleys and got holed. This sprayed PS fluid all over the engine bay. The dealer fixed it and steamed off all the fluid. However little electrical gremlins started popping up, which resulted in many warranty claims.
I eventually traded it in for a Ford Maverick as I needed something reliable. It was a shame as I had ordered the 180 fitted with the recently released X Power sport pack. I still miss that car, even 15 years on. When it was working, my god it was good to drive. However a monthly trip the the dealer to have the next bit replaced became tiresome. So after just 22 months, I traded it in for something boreingly reliable instead. I've had 3 180s in all, but the last 2 just weren't as good as my original Trophy Blue 180.
