I have just brought a Freelander TD4 Serengeti and it does not have a leather steering wheel our audio controls on the wheel. it has the vistron single CD unit.
My question is, I am not that bothered about the audio controls but would like to change the steering wheel, I have had a look on ebay and the the wheels for sale have either the audio controls on or the audio controls and crusie controls. If I was to buy on of these wheels can the controls be removed? and if not could I buy one with audio controls and get them working?
oh and I would also like to get a leather gear knob is there any other model car which gear knob fits? (of a rover model pehaps 400?)
