That was what I meant, one lens, two colours.

That would be challenging...Yellow turn signal and a clear backup light in one bulb? Not unless there is some high-tech LED solution!

An LED solution would be the only way

Yes, I was thinking of a dual element bulb, but that wouldn't work for the obvious lack of dual colours. Would need an extra bulb holder I think. LEDs would be easier to package, if you can find E-marked bulbs?
