Freelander 1 Freelander prop shaft

Motor: 1999, 2.0di Freelander
Problem:
Last year i´ve removed both prop-shafts, VCU and bearing carriers, bolts, etc.
I´ve placed everything in the basement but unfortunately some months later someone kicked the door in and stole some stuff, including the prop shafts

Ive found online (with a very reasonably price tag) a second hand propo-shafts with a reconditioned VCU, however its from a Freelander Td4.... Think it would fit?

I believe a TD4 prop is a straight swap. You might need to source the bolts though, unless the replacement prop comes with all you need?

Just cos the seller says its a recon VCU - doesn't mean it is... or has been reconditioned well... or indeed is again worn out.

Definitely test it once installed...
